The 18-hole parkland course is well designed and, just as important, it is also kept in tip-top condition. You'll get a warm welcome and those same officials encourage you to meet some of the members in the 'Coffee Shop' at the club. Visitors are always welcome at Rathbane and, as an added incentive to go there as part of a society, groups get complementary tea, coffee or soup as well as discounts on the green fee. Clubs can be hired on site and, all in all, it's a club you'd be advised to visit at least once if you happen to be in the area.
