Course Description

After some reconstruction work in the mid-seventies and mid-nineties, Whitehead has emerged as one of Ireland's hidden gems. Playable all year round, the course is kept in superb condition, while boasting top rate greens and well-maintained fairways. Your score round Whitehead may well depend on how much the wind blows, nevertheless, visitors will face a memorable experience on this parkland layout.

A number of holes offer majestic views of the sea and on a bright day the Scottish coastline and the Isle of Man can be seen. In conclusion, this is a wonderful course that should be high up on any Irish golfing itinerary.
