Course Description

This is an attractive 36-hole parkland facility set in the mature woodland of the Headfort Estate. The Old Course has hosted PGA Championships while the recently built New Course is now considered the tougher of the duo.

Established in 1928, Headfort's Old Course is of the finest parkland courses in the country. This course, formerly part of the Headfort Estate, was developed into an 18-hole course in 1956 and purchased in 1987 from the then owner of the estate, Bill Kruger. Headfort is renowned for its magnificent selection of mature native trees, which enhance the picturesque setting.
