It has become only the eighth ‘PGA National Ireland' resort, with the hotel providing luxury accommodation alongside its championship course.
It has hosted two European Tour events and was home to the Irish PGA Championship in 1996.
The club stages an annual PGA Pro-Am, with the collective prize being the highest paid Pro-Am in Ireland at €1.2 million.
