This flat course is just one mile from sea although it does retain a healthy parkland feel to it. It features undulating fairways that make approach shots difficult on some holes. Accuracy from the tees, however, is essential with the odd stray one being punished. Saying that, it is a challenging course for all abilities and a refreshing test.
The 3rd it the signature hole and features a superb island green, much like Sawgrass! Hazards are everywhere, with water surrounding the green and out-of-bounds on the right. The 9th is a great finishing hole, with a lake to the right of the green, bunkers at the back, out-of-bounds behind the green and possibly the spectators on the deck of the clubhouse!
